I collaborate on research that connects causal inference, policy design, and implementation realities. I’m especially interested in work that is methodologically rigorous and decision-relevant—where mechanisms, interactions, and governance matter for outcomes.

Service organizations

Build capability to implement evidence-based approaches—and sustain quality over time. I build resources for service organisations that want practical support: turning evidence into routines, governance, and learning systems that keep improving.
