IPS – Näyttöön perustuva tuettu työllistyminen
IPS mallin toimeenpano || IPS malli on näyttöön perustuva käytäntö, mutta miksi malli ei ole juurtunut Suomeen, vaikka ensimmäiset kehittämishankkeet alkoivat yli 20 vuotta sitten?
IPS on niin sanottu monimutkainen interventio, jossa tulee tulee samanaikaisesti kiinnittää huomiota järjestelmä- ja institutiotason edellytyksiin, toiminnan koordinaatioon paikallisella tasolla, laatukriteeristön toimeenpanoon, ja mallin tietoiseen juurruttamiseen.
